What is the last 30 days of your life saying about your life?

If we invited God to take a peek under the surface, what would those high and low moments say about the deeper things in your heart?

After watching this video, take the next 30 minutes to settle and become present to God. Then, when you are ready, ask Him a few of these questions that resonate with your heart.

God, what do you want me to know about my high moments?

• Do the moments of joy point to things that are good for my soul?

• Is there a deeper longing beneath I have not considered? 

• Where are you trying to encourage me or get my attention? 

God, what do you want me to know about my low moments?

• Is there something in these moments that point to a much deeper issue in my heart?

• Is there a burden that I have carried for too long? 

• What do you want me to surrender?

One last thing…

Don’t feel the need to get to every one of these questions. This is not a task list to accomplish. Listening to God requires paying attention to the movement of the Holy Spirit. If there is one question that leaps in your heart, stay there. That might be God’s spirit leading you toward some deeper work.
